- Press Start and answer 15 questions. After each one you see whether you were right, a one-line explanation and where the fact comes from.
- Get your score out of 15 and one of four ranks, from Vice City Tourist to Goodtime State Legend.
- Share the card in Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, X or Reddit, or save it as an image. Anyone who opens your link sees your score and can try to beat it.
What the GTA quiz covers
Fifteen questions, split so that someone who grew up on San Andreas and someone who only watched the GTA 6 trailers both get a fair run. The older games are about places and people; GTA V and GTA Online are about numbers; GTA 6 is about the handful of things Rockstar has actually confirmed.

GTA III to GTA V: why the answers are what they are
All five classic answers come from the official store pages, which Rockstar writes itself. GTA III opens with "Welcome to Liberty City. Where it all began." Vice City sells itself as "the decade of big hair, excess and pastel suits", and its blurb explains that Tommy Vercetti, just out of maximum security, is shipped south by his old boss Sonny Forelli. San Andreas starts five years after CJ left Los Santos: it is the early 90s, his mother has been murdered and he comes home.
GTA IV: The Complete Edition puts three people in Liberty City: Niko Bellic, Johnny Klebitz of The Lost biker gang and Luis Lopez, who works for nightclub owner Tony Prince. Roman and Little Jacob are not among the three leads the store page lists, which is why that option is a trap. GTA V's page describes its leads as "a young street hustler, a retired bank robber, and a terrifying psychopath" and the world as Los Santos and Blaine County. GTA 6 questions: only what Rockstar has confirmed
The six GTA 6 questions use official sources and nothing else. Trailer 1 went up on the Rockstar Newswire on December 5, 2023, a few hours ahead of plan after a leak, and Guinness certified 90,421,491 YouTube views in 24 hours. The setting is Vice City in the fictional state of Leonida, the two leads are Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, the game lands on November 19, 2026, and the Standard Edition is $79.99 in the US.
The quiz deliberately leaves out map size, a PC date, the launch hour and anything from the leaked footage that has circulated since August 2026. Which GTA quiz answers look right but are wrong?
Several wrong options are real numbers from the same story, placed there on purpose. These are the ones to watch.
November 12 instead of November 19. November 12, 2026 is when digital pre-load starts and boxed copies (a download code, no disc) go on sale. The game itself unlocks on the 19th. The release date guide has both dates, and the GTA 6 countdown counts down to each.
475 million. It appears twice in GTA news. Take-Two puts the whole GTA series at nearly 475 million copies, and Rockstar said Trailer 2 reached more than 475 million views across all platforms in 24 hours (as reported by Game Rant). Neither is GTA V's sales figure or Trailer 1's YouTube record.
59.4 million. That was MrBeast's non-music record, the one Trailer 1 broke. YouTube's own blog counted "over 93 million" in a day; Guinness certified 90,421,491 at the time of checking. The quiz uses the Guinness number. The full story is on the GTA 6 trailers page.

How scoring and sharing work
One point per correct answer. Your score out of 15 sets the rank:

The result screen has buttons for Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, X and Reddit, a copy-link button and a "save card" button that downloads a 1200×630 image with your rank and score. The questions always come in the same order, so two scores from the same link are comparable. Everything runs in your browser: no sign-up, no email before the result, and the only thing in the share link is your rank and score.

FAQ
Are the GTA 6 questions based on leaks?
No. Every GTA 6 question uses Rockstar, Take-Two or Guinness as its source. Leaked footage, map size and a PC release date are left out because Rockstar has not confirmed any of them.
Does the quiz spoil the GTA 6 story?
No. It uses only what is on the official site: the state of Leonida, the names Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, the release date and the price. Nothing about the plot beyond Rockstar's own one-line setup.
How many questions are in the GTA quiz?
Fifteen: four on GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas, one on GTA IV, four on GTA V and GTA Online, and six on GTA 6.
What score do I need for the top rank?
Fourteen or fifteen correct answers gives you Goodtime State Legend. Ten to thirteen is Boardwalk Hustler, six to nine is Leonida Local.
Will the answers change after GTA 6 comes out?
The GTA III to GTA V answers will not. The GTA V sales figure is dated August 2026 in the explanation, so a score taken today stays fair later, even after Take-Two reports a bigger number.
Is my score saved anywhere?
No. It exists only in the link you share (the part after #) and in the card image. Nothing is stored on our side.
