How to use
- Press Start and answer 12 questions — pick what you actually do in a match, not what sounds cool.
- Get your agent with a description, their role and a tip for playing them.
- Share the card in Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, X or Reddit, or save it as an image. Friends who open your link see your agent and can take the quiz themselves.
Seven agents, four roles
Valorant has four agent roles, and this quiz covers all of them with seven agents that have been in the game since the early days, so the result will not go out of date after the next patch.
| Agent | Role | What the quiz is looking for |
|---|---|---|
| Jett | Duelist | Speed, confidence, going first, Operator plays |
| Phoenix | Duelist | Self-sufficiency, loud energy, risky plays for the team |
| Sage | Sentinel | Calm, protecting teammates, buying time |
| Killjoy | Sentinel | Setups, gadgets, holding a site alone |
| Omen | Controller | Patience, unpredictability, smokes from anywhere |
| Brimstone | Controller | Leadership, plans, executes |
| Sova | Initiator | Information first, lineups, playing for the team |
Duelists create space and take the first fight. Controllers cut the map with smokes so the team can move. Sentinels lock down a site with walls, turrets and traps. Initiators gather information and break defensive setups before anyone peeks. If you already main one of these seven, the quiz is a good check on whether your personality matches the role you picked — a lot of players main Duelists because it looks fun and get a Sentinel result, which usually explains a few things about their rank.
How the result is calculated
Each answer adds one point to one or two agents. Some answers are shared — "great smokes" gives a point to both Omen and Brimstone, "nobody gets left behind" to both Sage and Brimstone — because real personalities overlap. After twelve questions the agent with the highest total wins. The weights are balanced so every agent can realistically come out on top; there is no default answer that dominates.
If you feel like the second-place agent is also you, that is normal. Most people sit between two agents of neighbouring roles: Jett and Phoenix, Sage and Killjoy, Omen and Brimstone. Take the quiz again and answer the questions you hesitated on the other way — you will usually get the other one, and that pair is a good description of how you play.
What makes this quiz different: it runs entirely in your browser. There is no registration, no email gate before the result, no ad blocking the card, and nothing is sent to a server — the scoring is a few lines of JavaScript on this page. The result link only carries the agent id after the #, so a friend who opens it sees the same card, not your answers.
Privacy: your answers never leave your device. We do not store them, and there is nothing to delete.
Share your agent
The result screen has buttons for Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, X, Reddit and Facebook, a copy-link button and a "save card" button that downloads a 1200×630 image with your agent — the right size for a post, a story or a Discord server banner. If your phone supports native sharing, you will also see a Share button that opens the usual system sheet.
The fun part is comparing inside a five-stack. Send the link to your team, let everyone take it, and see whether your actual comp matches your personalities. A team of five Jetts is a warning sign; a team with a Brimstone, a Sova and a Killjoy probably wins more than it should. If you are looking for a new main, the tip on the result card is a good place to start, and our other Valorant tools — the random agent picker, the eDPI calculator and the sensitivity converter — are one click away.
FAQ
Is the result saved anywhere?
No. It lives in the link you share (the part after #) and in the card image you can download. Nothing is stored on our side.
Why only seven agents?
We picked seven agents that cover all four roles and have been in Valorant since the early days, so the quiz stays accurate no matter who gets added or reworked next. A 30-agent quiz would give results that feel random.
Can I get a different result?
Yes. Many players sit between two agents. Retake the quiz and change the answers you hesitated on — the second agent is usually just as accurate.
Does the quiz tell me what to main?
It tells you which agent matches how you already play and think. If the result surprises you, try that agent for a few unrated games — players often perform better on a role that fits their temperament.
